Warranty Program

 

 

The New Home Warranty Program provides a third party guarantee of the builder's warranty and undertakes to perform the builder's warranty obligations should the builder default.

 

Many lenders require a third party guarantee before they will provide mortgage approval. As a member of the Saskatoon and Area Home Builders Association, North Ridge Development Corporation provides this coverage through the New Home Warranty Program.

 

As a responsible and conscientious builder we want our customers to have the peace of mind that comes with being fully protected with a third-party warranty.

 

 

The New Home Warranty Program includes:

  1. DEPOSIT PROTECTION
  2. WORKMANSHIP AND MATERIALS PROTECTION- ONE YEAR
  3. WATER LEAKS PROTECTION - TWO YEARS
  4. MAJOR STRUCTURAL DEFECTS PROTECTION - FIVE YEARS
  5. OPTIONAL EXTENDED WARRANTY- MAJOR STRUCTURAL DEFECTS
