North Ridge Development Corporation of Saskatoon is seeking a qualified residential (single and multi-family) ESTIMATOR/PROJECT MANAGER. The successful candidate will be involved in the design, project management, and coordination of projects from inception to completion. Qualifications for this position include:

  • A thorough knowledge of the residential construction industry with a minimum of two years experience
  • Successful completion of an architectural/building or Engineering Technology certificate
  • AutoCAD drafting experience
  • A working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, with an emphasis on MS Excel
  • The ability to read plans, complete takeoffs, and compile accurate estimates for single and multi-family units
  • Ability to maintain tight schedules, balancing communication with all parties involved in the organization
  • Enjoy a fast-paced, challenging office environment and with commitment to meeting goals while facilitating the needs of department and/or team
  • On-site experience would be an asset
  • Professional attitude and ethics
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
