Bonnie has been actively involved as a new home sales professional since 1979, and began her career in Edmonton. Bonnie was employed with North Ridge in the early 80s in Saskatoon. Later, in the late 90s, Bonnie represented North Ridge in sales in the Edmonton market and most recently again in Saskatoon.

Bonnie was selected as a 2007 national finalist for the prestigious American Standard Award for Sales Excellence presented by the National Home Builders' Association. This year she was the proud recipient of the 2008 Bridges New Home Sales Achievement Award, and the 2008 Bridges Community Builder Award for Excellence in Sales.

With her quick wit and ready smile, Bonnie's always at work doing her best to help you build your dreams.

For more than a decade, Leanne has been a valued member of the New Home Sales team for North Ridge Development Corporation. Her patience, enthusiasm, knowledge, hard work and dedication to North Ridge have paid off with many satisfied customers.  She is very appreciative when customers come back to her to purchase another new home. Leanne spends time getting to know her clients and ensuring that their dream home becomes a reality. It is very rewarding for her to see the smiles on her customer’s faces when they take possession of their new home. She also loves to help out with the various volunteer projects that North Ridge commits to in the community.  Leanne was very proud and honoured to receive her Lifetime Achievement Award for Excellence in New Home Sales at the Bridges Awards in February 2010.

Daryl Renneberg, of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, joined our sales team in April 2010. He spent the last 24 years in the automotive industry. While in automotive sales he maintained strong customer satisfaction and an excellent sales performance. He looks forward to taking his customer service to a new level with North Ridge Development.

Tracy joined the North Ridge Development team in 2006. She was initially hired as a Sales Associate, assisting the Sales Consultants. In November of 2009, Tracy decided to pursue a career change and move from Sales Associate to Sales Consultant. She finds her new role as Sales Consultant both challenging and very rewarding.  Tracy invites you to call her to set up an appointment to talk about owning a new North Ridge home. David has been a member of the North Ridge Development Corporation sales team since 1995. His professionalism and extensive knowledge has been instrumental in developing excellent relationships with his buyers. David has experience in single family homes and custom homes. He has been the salesperson for several townhome developments including Mackenzie Village, Aspen Grove, Aspen Grove on Beckett, Parkside and the exclusive executive Willow Glen at the Willows. David’s newest project is Kingswood Manor condominium in Wildwood. His sales have earned numerous awards including the prestigious Award of Excellence from the National Home Builders Association. This award acknowledges his sales volume, product knowledge and customer satisfaction compared to his peers across all Canadian centers. He has received the Saskatoon Salesperson of the Year Award multiple times, as well as the Community Builder and Lifetime Achievement Awards from the Saskatoon New Home Builders. The greatest reward for David is the satisfaction and happiness of his clients. Terri Leatherdale

Terri began her new home sales career with North Ridge Development in 1995.  She has recently rejoined the North Ridge Development sales team after an extended leave. Terri is thrilled to once again be working with the best team in the industry.  She has been the recipient of the Saskatoon Salesperson of the Year, numerous sales volume awards and most recently the Community Builder Award from the Saskatoon New Home Builders.  Through interaction with her clients Terri identifies what best suits their needs, wants, lifestyle and comfort zone. She provides invaluable knowledge educating clients about the process of buying a new home. She works passionately and is able to provide her homeowners’ with a rewarding new home experience.  Her client’s satisfaction is reflected in her high rate of repeat and referral business.  Terri looks forward to seeing you at a North Ridge Development show home.

Beginning her career in San Diego, California, Kelly has over 7 years of new home sales experience ranging from single family homes to multi-family homes, including townhomes and urban high rise condominiums. Along with integrity and strong values, Kelly brings with her an impressive depth of knowledge and experience that has been acknowledged through numerous awards and recognition within the California Building Industry Association. Kelly's polished professionalism, real estate knowledge and contagious enthusiasm for the new home industry has cultivated extraordinary homebuying experiences for her clients and she welcomes the opportunity to assist you in any of your homebuying needs.
