About North Ridge

In late 1982, Walter Mah founded North Ridge Development Corporation. After over 25 years in the land development and construction industry, North Ridge Development is now Saskatchewan's #1 home builder with offices in both Regina and Saskatoon. North Ridge is now beginning construction and development in Wally's home town of Prince Albert.

During the company's growth, one of its greatest accomplishments has been the development of a top-ranked employee group. Many members of the North Ridge family have been with the company for over ten years, and are essential to each home we build.

The following senior management team contains a mix of outstanding experience and dedication:

Doug Durrant – Vice President of Operations
Errol Fisher – Vice President of Construction
Joe Fortugno – Manager of Design, Estimating, and Project Management
Rob Lozinski - Sales Manager

As well, part of the employee contingent is a number of highly-skilled trades. Our long-term relationship with our suppliers and trades helps benefit our clients as we are able to negotiate the best quality product at the best possible price.

North Ridge has an in-house Design Department that uses CAD technology (computer-aided design). This system enables the design team to develop plans, customize designs, and incorporate changes in a very quick time frame.

North Ridge Development, a member in the New Home Warranty Program of Saskatchewan, Inc. and the Saskatoon and Region Home Builders' Association, offers our Customer Care Warranty Program. This Program is your assurance that a North Ridge home is constructed to the highest building standard of the industry and that specific construction criteria and guidelines represent a Quality Assurance check during each phase of construction.

In addition, many lenders require a third-party warranty before they will provide mortgage approval. As a member of the Saskatoon and Area Home Builders' Association, North Ridge provides this coverage through the New Home Warranty Program. Our customers not only have warranty coverage through our own Customer Care Warranty Program, but have the peace of mind that comes with being fully protected with a third-party warranty.
